Return Policy:
  • We do not provide refund on any goods sold. Goods once sold can only be exchanged with a replacement or a credit note if it meets the prescribed and applicable terms and conditions.

  • The original shipping charges and duties will not be refunded.

  • In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, you may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for an exchange, within 7 (seven) days from the date on which these goods are delivered. If you choose to exchange any item instead of obtaining a refund, please note that we don’t guarantee the replacement for the same product in the same size, if the same is not available in our stock wherever possible, we will offer to repair the faulty items subject to above mentioned condition.

These credits will be valid until used and cannot be used in stores. A refund will be issued to your original mode of payment in case of a return on non-discounted merchandise. In case of an exchange, please mention the size you wish to receive as an exchange in the initial email. Exchange orders will be shipped upon receipt of the returned order.

  • We make every effort to display the item as accurate as possible along with the colour, appearance, design and configuration of our products that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors display and pixels varies, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display is exactly same what our IT system displayed.

    Conditions for Returns or Exchange:

    We have a simple and hassle-free return and/or exchange policy for certain products purchased from the Website provided following conditions are fulfilled:

  • You must be located in India as this facility is not available to patrons located outside India.

  • The products must be returned to ____________ within 7 (seven) days from date it is delivered to you.

  • Please check the list of non-returnable or non-exchangeable products at the end of the policy. We may update this list from time to time and without any prior intimation to you.

  • The product must be returned in its original condition along with the invoice, all labels, tags, authenticity cards, dust bags, designer boxes, hangers, freebies, if any and other packaging intact sold as a part of the product.

  • Any garment sought to be returned or exchanged, should be unworn or unwashed. Garments that are found to be worn or damaged or soiled will not be accepted for return or exchange.

  • Products returned under this policy will be subject to quality testing/inspection.

  • For any refunds initiated under this policy, you must ensure that –

    1. the product is returned in its original condition along with the invoice, all labels, tags, authenticity cards, dust bags, designer boxes, hangers, freebies, if any, and other packaging intact sold as a part of the product;

    2. any product sought to be returned or exchanged, should be unworn or unwashed. Products that are found to be worn or damaged or soiled will not be accepted for return or exchange; and

    3. The product purchased by you is delivered late from the stated delivery schedule, except where such delay is on account of unforeseeable circumstances out of our control or any other force majeure.

  • Notwithstanding anything contained in this policy, we reserve a right to reject any request for return and/or exchange of any products without giving any reasons for the same. In such cases, products will be sent back to the customer at the original shipping address.

  • Customized or special delivery orders cannot be returned/exchanged.

    We do not return or exchange gift certificates. No returns on discounted merchandise.

     

    Easy Domestic Returns and Exchanges

    On the invoice, you receive, circle the item(s) that you’re returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for return on your invoice. Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice.

     

    International Returns

    We do not offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will make every effort to remedy the situation.

    Refunds on international orders include duties, taxes, and tariffs when sent, and unfortunately, we cannot refund your original domestic and international shipping charges.

    We do not accept any returns if the product is dispatched to us after 07 days of receiving the shipment.

    So please make sure you report the matter to us and dispatch the product at the earliest once we accept the return request. Kindly do not dispatch the products before receiving a “Return Accepted” confirmation email from us.

    Please follow these simple steps to return your purchase:

    Wait for receiving a “Return Accepted” confirmation email from us.

    Pack your return securely in the original package, if possible, and include your completed invoice.

     

    Can I Exchange/Alter Any Item Which Was Either Customised or Make to Order?

    We currently do not allow exchange for an item which was either a customized or make to order.

    In case you ordered the wrong size, we can offer (as per the prescribed terms and conditions) to alter it without a charge. However, shipping charges shall be charged. Please contact us at [email protected] for further assistance.

     

    Alterations

    All alterations have a minimum lead-time of 15 days which may extend depending on the extent of alteration required. We take 4 days to confirm the possibility of alteration after receiving a request.

    However, to-and-fro shipping and custom duty charges will have to be borne by the customer in case of alterations or exchange.
